Hi, I’m Jason Esher — founder of CanCrusherUSA.com and co-founder of E3 Manufacturing. I’ve been working in manufacturing and engineering since the late '90s, with a career that’s taken me through high-performance automotive racing, rockcrawler chassis design, industrial canning systems, and even aerospace and medical components. Precision, durability, and quality have always been my standard.

In 2014, my wife of 20 years, our son, and I launched E3 Manufacturing — a production machine shop focused on outdoor recreation products like fly fishing tools and snowboard bindings sold around the world. We’re proud to be fully automated, with a fleet of robots running our machines and helping us build better, faster, and smarter.

Most recently, we launched CanCrusherUSA.com, a project born out of our passion for building tough, reliable American-made products. Our premium wall-mounted aluminum can crushers are CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel — and built to last a lifetime.

When I’m not in the shop, you’ll probably find me camping, four-wheeling, or building Jeeps with my son. I’ve also spent several years coaching youth football and basketball — and I’m proud to say we brought home two championships.

At the end of the day, it’s all about family, hard work, and making things that last. Everything we make is 100% Made in the USA — and built with pride.
